We stand behind our products with a 12 month warranty covering any functional issues that prevent normal use, as well as defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under everyday conditions.

Covered Functional Issues Include:

• Stuck or improperly installed zippers
  
• Loose or undone stitching within a month
  
• Faulty or defective products
  
• Unlatching of handles or metal hardware
  
• Button malfunctions or issues
  

We’re committed to keeping your Maiori products in perfect condition — repair or replacement is our promise.

The PU leather used in our products is carefully selected for its durability, strength and long-lasting quality. With proper care, it maintains its sleek appearance.

Please note that normal wear and tear, as well as damages from improper use or accidental cuts, are not covered under our warranty, as these cannot be repaired.
